 PowerHouse Hub began in 2006 as Mediasphere. We started by mastering workforce upskilling and owning the onboarding process for our customers. What we realised that by offering just one small facet of workforce management we weren’t solving problems for our customers.

That’s how the idea of end-to-end Workforce Platform with analytics came to live. This new vision to offer the ultimate workforce solution for our customers has been driving PowerHouse Hub since 2019 when we merged with Hired 1st and introduced Workforce Management and Talent Communities. To service the needs of modern workforce businesses required data and we were set on a mission to provide this as part of our solution.
